What is Student Counselling?
Student counselling supports children and adolescents who may be facing academic pressure, emotional stress, school refusal, low confidence, peer conflict, or difficulty adjusting to classroom routines. It provides a safe and understanding space where students can express themselves freely and develop practical coping strategies.
Our Approach
We use child-friendly and age-appropriate counselling techniques to understand each student's emotional needs, behavioural concerns, and school-related challenges. Our team works closely with parents and, when needed, teachers to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence, and healthy communication.
Services Include:
- Support for academic stress and exam anxiety
- Emotional regulation and coping skill building
- Confidence and self-esteem enhancement
- Guidance for peer relationships and social challenges
- Help with school adjustment and motivation
